1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeet baat platform and all services operated under it. "Services" refers to this website, the mobile application, and all gaming and betting features provided through them.

By registering on this site or beginning to use any service, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using the services.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use jeet baat's services:

The user must be at least 21 years old. Use of jeet baat by any minor is strictly prohibited.
The user must act in their own name and on their own behalf — operating an account on behalf of another person or as a representative is not permitted.
All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
The user must not have had an account previously closed due to a violation of any jeet baat rule.

If the services are accessed from a country or region where gambling or betting activities are regulated or prohibited, full responsibility lies with the user.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and funds forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, jeet baat may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If accurate information is not provided, jeet baat reserves the right to close the account.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details safe. The user is also responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Financial transactions on jeet baat are processed through Bangladesh's payment methods. All payment-related rules are set out below:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (by any method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
Only deposits from payment sources owned by the user are accepted.
Transactions via cryptocurrency are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
If account verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error, the user must notify the support team immediately. jeet baat is not responsible for transaction delays or errors that are outside its control.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeet baat offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below and the specific terms of each offer:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly Deposit Reward

A 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000, is available once per week. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus and the minimum deposit is ৳500. Available to active members only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
If bonus abuse is suspected, jeet baat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
jeet baat reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The jeet baat VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is awarded at each tier based on the weekly net loss:

Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is total losses minus total wins for the week. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. This is the maximum amount receivable at that tier.

Progress to higher tiers depends on the user's consistent activity. jeet baat reserves the right to change the benefits and structure of the VIP program.

7 Gaming and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game or betting section has its own rules, which can be found on the relevant section's page. If an attempt is made to gain unusual profit by exploiting a technical error, that round may be voided.

7.2 Bet Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out feature is available under the specific game's terms. In sports betting, the odds set before the match begins are considered final, though jeet baat reserves the right to void a bet in the case of an obvious error.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
Placing opposing bets on the same outcome across two accounts (arbitrage) to extract bonuses is prohibited.
Exploiting any system vulnerability or technical weakness of jeet baat is prohibited.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

jeet baat treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information provided when opening an account is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Suspicion of operating multiple accounts
Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
Involvement in any prohibited activity

10.2 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time. They will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining funds before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited if the active wagering requirement has not been met.

11 Limitation of Liability

jeet baat is not liable in the following situations:

Service disruption caused by internet outages or issues with the user's device
Transaction delays caused by delays or errors from third-party payment providers
Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing account details with others
Temporary unavailability of the service during technical maintenance
